Why BSA’s Type Training Courses

Our Facility

Conveniently located at London Luton Airport, BSA’s UKCAA & EASA-Approved Part 147 training academy was born out of the Boeing designed facility that was previously operated by Monarch Aircraft Engineering.

At BSA we believe that students need to be put at ease and made to feel comfortable, in order to get the most benefit from training, whilst also ensuring the optimum conditions for concentration. Our purpose-designed, climate controlled, industry-leading training rooms are equipped with the latest audio-visual hardware. Students are provided with individual PCs to enable self-study, as well as dynamic group interaction during training sessions.

We provide free on-site parking for students travelling by car.

The British School of Aviation employs some of the world’s most experienced and respected aerospace engineering instructors, enabling all students to receive the highest level of training that’s second to none, anywhere in the world.

In addition to acquiring the former training academy building occupied by Monarch Aircraft Engineering, BSA brought in a number of instructors who were previously employed by Monarch. We are proud that our Boeing instructors were all trained at Boeing in Seattle and between them have accumulated decades of aircraft engineering experience.

BSA’s experienced and friendly team of course administrators will ensure that every student is treated as a guest of BSA. They will be delighted to help students with all aspects of course booking and training administration, as well as assisting with accommodation and travel arrangements if required.

BSA Ambassadors

We appreciate that every BSA customer has a choice of where to invest in training and we are training partner of choice for individual students, airlines and MROs both in the UK and internationally. Acknowledging this, we have introduced the ‘BSA Ambassador’ programme. Every student who completes one of our courses successfully is entitled to become a ‘BSA Ambassador’. This enables them to receive a referral commission of 5% of the course cost booked by any future students, following an introduction by a BSA Ambassador.
