British School of Aviation is a UK-CAA and EASA approved aviation training organisation. We’re an academy that specialises in teaching (and facilitating the teaching of) aspiring aviation professionals including; licensed aircraft engineers, UAV operators, commercial airline pilots, and flight attendants. We are located in the Airport Executive Park at London Luton Airport (LTN). Our classroom-based theoretical knowledge courses are carried out at our base at Luton Airport. However, our practical lessons can take place at a variety of airfields, hangars, and expanses of countryside. We can assist all prospective students with finding cost-efficient local accommodation for the duration of their chosen course.
At British School of Aviation, we provide an extremely high standard of teaching through our team of experienced and diligent instructors; that support their students throughout the entirety of their studies. At British School of Aviation, we want to prepare our students for what it is really like to work in the bustling aviation industry. To do so, we teach and facilitate pilot training, cabin crew training, drone training, and aircraft engineering training under one roof. We value teamwork and communication, so are keen for our diverse range of students to have the opportunity to learn from each other, and for students to come into contact with industry-leading instructors from different sectors of aerospace.
Studying at British School of Aviation guarantees our students an understanding of what it’s like to work with and correspond with the key personnel of an airline. Our prime location also helps our students gain an understanding of what it is like to work in the industry, and the aviation environment that we are housed within can serve as great motivation for our students to pursue their career aspirations and out-of-house practical training. On a typical day at British School of Aviation, you will see countless aircraft flying overhead; taking off from or landing at London Luton Airport. On ground-level, you will see engineers pouring in and out of the nearest TUI hangar and cabin crew running towards terminals, with their suitcases in tow. Our location on Prospect Way is central to the hustle and bustle of aviation life here at one of the UK’s largest airports, and nearby Signature Flight Support, the world’s largest network of Fixed-Base Operations, where you can see spot numerous parked aircraft.
We offer a diverse range of engineering training, pilot training, and drone training courses. We will accommodate our student’s needs whilst studying by offering online theory and part-time learning options, alongside 1-1 tuition and revision support. We even offer aspiring pilots the opportunity to train in Spain at our partner school Aerodynamics in Malaga. We understand that choosing your study path and selecting courses can be overwhelming and confusing, so have devised a course configurator that can identify the fastest and most cost-efficient learning path for each client. We aim to make a career in aviation accessible for all and are dedicated to providing prospective students with simplified opportunities to train in aviation. We are an ideal destination for both airlines hoping to outsource their training needs and individuals embarking on training independently.
British School of Aviation houses innovative and modern facilities that supplement and expand learning. We have a large engineering workshop on-site and keep an AIRBUS A320 flat-panel cockpit simulator in our ATPL classroom, which will help pilots-in-training get to grips with flying an aircraft. Just a short walk from our academy resides a Level D full-motion AIRBUS A320 simulator.
At British School of Aviation, we are proud to maintain a friendly atmosphere and expect a professional attitude, kindness, and respect from all of our students and staff. Our instructors will support you throughout your time at BSA, from your first visit to your final exam. Our members of staff make the effort to chat to prospective students over the telephone or host tours so that they can make an informed decision on whether British School of Aviation is the right aviation training academy for them.
